Lots of dictionaries: before it moved site, this was called "A Web of On-line Dictionaries", which sounded much nicer.
Project Gutenberg: homepage for a huge and ever-growing collection of literature which is freely downloadable. Wonderful.
Wikipedia: I have spent months swearing that I shall not be drawn in. Whoops.
Wicipedia: the Welsh version: just for completeness.
Swansea Library: finally, I can renew and order books online. I could do this 15 years ago with the old university system. Nice to see the town library catch up.
Swansea University Library: this seems to be the new university system. Even the building has changed. That said, the queues for the photocopiers are just the same.

Plan My Journey: online railway journey-planning.
Live Departure Boards: as it says, the departure board displays on stations all over Britain.
Current problems: the daily disruptions...
Transport Direct: I anticipate hours of fun with this: a website doing integrated bus and train routes. Pity we don't have integrated transport as well as an integrated website.
Traveline Cymru (Welsh) and Traveline Cymru (English): another one-stop offering, this time for Wales. The phone service is generally great.
Next buses from local stops: this works on mobiles too. Handy.
